About me and my practice

I'm a dedicated psychotherapist and a hypnotherapist specializing in uncovering the depths of the unconscious mind to facilitate genuine healing and transformation by guiding individuals on a journey of self-exploration and understanding. With a wealth of experience and extensive training, I specialize in addressing a wide array of emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, inner conflict, personal growth, relationship issues, bereavement, parenting, life transitions, self esteem, stress/anger management, trauma, women's issues and work related issues. My educational journey includes earning a Master of Counselling from the University of Hong Kong, complemented by certifications in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Breathwork. Since relocating to the UK in 2021, I've become a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In my practice, I advocate for an integrative and tailored approach to therapy, drawing from techniques such as Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Breathwork, and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy . Together, we'll embark on a journey towards healing and growth, fostering awareness of core issues and facilitating transformative change as you explore and understand more about yourself.

With a background in various therapeutic modalities including Ericksonian hypnotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), I offer a unique approach tailored to each client's needs.

By bypassing the limitations of words and adjectives, we facilitate a deeper understanding of emotions and experiences, empowering clients to unlock their true potentials and strengths.

Our philosophy revolves around respecting the client's pace and autonomy, working alongside their frame of reference to foster a sense of understanding and respect. Our goal is to help clients see more CHOICE and CONTROL in their lives, enabling them to effect CHANGE and break free from tunnel visioning their situations.

Initial Consultation

Upon initial contact via email, we can arrange a 15 minutes free video/call upon request to clear the concerns of the client, and also allow me to have a better understanding of the client's therapeutic expection and goal.

If the client is happy to proceed with the first session, we will arrange our booking through Calendly booking system. The first session will normally be 60-75 minutes and we will also discuss how the future sessions work for both of us.

The client will need to sign a counselling agreement before the first session starts.

Fees

£60 / hour / session (individual)

When I Work

I normally work 6 days a week from 10 am to 6 pm, but I am also flexible to cope with differnt clients' needs.
